Anything made by using Microsoft Paint or any simple paint apps on Mac (such as Paintbrush or Instapaint etc) is ok.  You can send works as many as you want.  All the works must be related to Doctor Who. We will ask the winners address to send the T-Shirt and the certificate. The t-shirt will be sent to anywhere in the world.
